Arnold Arboretum Engagement Session
First off, let me just say that Kyrstyn and Fernando are some of my closest friends, and I've known Kyrstyn for about 11 years. Kyrst and Nando were friends at Uconn Storrs first and soon started dating. They have been together for 3 years, and to be honest, I knew from the start that they were going to get married! You know when you can just tell?
Last spring I asked them to model for me at HorseBarn Hill at Uconn and that's when I really got to see them together and know how sweet he was to her. Fast forward to May...I get a text from Nando saying he wants to talk to me about something (immediate suspicion). We hopped on the phone and my suspicions were right!!! Anyways, we went back and forth with his ideas. He originally was going to do a proposal shoot with me but he ended up doing it when they were on vacation. (probably a good idea I would've been emotional af if I took those photos). Anyways! Kyrstyn wanted to have a photoshoot with me when they got engaged so we went to the Arnold Arboretum in Jamaica Plains, Boston. It was such a beautiful and diverse garden. I'm so grateful I was able to help them document this time in their lives!
